RETURNS & REFUNDS
At Wolfie Voir, each piece is carefully curated and produced in limited quantities. We encourage thoughtful purchasing.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
– Unworn and unused
– In original condition
– Returned with all original packaging, accessories, protective materials, care cards, and any complimentary items supplied with the order
Returns that do not meet these standards may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or required by applicable law. We recommend using a tracked service, as Wolfie Voir cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for the same item, subject to availability. If your preferred item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund prior to dispatch.
