RETURNS & REFUNDS

At Wolfie Voir, each piece is carefully curated and produced in limited quantities. We encourage thoughtful purchasing.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:
– Unworn and unused
– In original condition
– Returned with all original packaging, including case and protective materials

Returns that do not meet these standards will not be accepted.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Exchanges
We offer exchanges for the same item, subject to availability. If your preferred item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.

Faults
If your item arrives with a fault, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will ensure this is resolved promptly.
